Refund & Exchange Policy
At Glowleaf, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, organic skincare products that you can trust. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date for most unused and unopened products.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Products must be unused and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Please Note: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
The complaint escalation period is only within a day that is 24 hours after the product is received by the customer. No complain after the stated time frame will be facilitated.
If any items in your order have been received in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within 24 hours of your order being received. Please send your order number, and clear photos of the damaged items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at glowleaf890@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the items securely and send them back using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at glowleaf890@gmail.com
- Include a photo of the damaged or defective item
If the item is no longer available, we’ll issue a refund or offer an alternative product of equal value.
